Junior Account Executive at TBWA

To support the Client Service team who produce advertising communications and campaigns across a range of disciplines (i.e.TV, press, outdoor and social) for national and international brands.


  • Assist the team with the delivery of print, artwork, creative and digital briefs to ensure the work is accurate and produced within strict deadlines
  • Support the client service team to produce, review and update all project-related documents
  • Take responsibility for updating colleagues, clients and suppliers on the progress of each project
  • Ensure all project-related documents are saved and updated regularly
  • Assist the team in reviewing and understanding the client’s business and the wider market activity
  • Arrange internal and external meetings, including meeting room preparation
  • Follow all approval procedures in compliance with agreed agency guidelines
  • Understand and develop the skills required to write an effective creative brief
  • Work closely with the finance team to develop financial skills, including raising estimates and purchase orders
  • Responsible for managing the general client service team administration requirements
  • Ensure all other company required administration (e.g. your timesheets) are completed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ad hoc tasks as required by the agency
  • Be responsible for ensuring own continuing professional development
  • Adhere to correct commercial and financial policies, rules and procedures
  • Participate in and support the culture of tbwa\mcr · act as an ambassador for tbwa\mcr at all times
  • Adhere to Omnicom’s code of business conduct and comply with all regulatory agency and group policies and procedures
