Creative Pioneers Challenge takes the weight off the shoulders of creative businesses, small and large, looking to take on paid interns on internships or apprentices. We raise your brand profile in national urban newspaper Metro, which goes out to more than 50 UK cities; create a job board to advertise your paid for internship or apprenticeship scheme on our website on your behalf; find you an appropriate talent pool from which to draw; find you appropriate partners to facilitate the interview process for you; help you celebrate your success.
And we don’t stop there. When your intern or apprentice is in place, we stay in touch with them; support and mentor them; arrange opportunities for them to network with their peers; make them feel special.
Our experience of 2012 is that winning a Creative Pioneer position in the industry gives young people the confidence they need to succeed in our business. It’s a badge they wear with pride, and it breeds a sense of responsibility. Our Class of 2012 are already self-selecting to be champions and mentors in 2013.
